Employment: Service Advisor/Counter Sales

We now have a great opportunity for a customer driven Service Advisor. You will need to be confident, able to multi-task, and perform well under pressure. Tasks will include interviewing customers on drop-off, writing accurate repair order descriptions, dispatching repair orders to techs, building estimates based on technician findings and recommendations, educating customers on the needs and values of repairs and services, ordering parts, contacting customer on completion of work, reviewing final bill at pick-up and processing receivables, scheduling next appointment, making courtesy calls to customer 3 days after pickup, and contacting customer for scheduled maintenance reminders and recommended services.
